Pears, wine, and cheese are a pear-fect pairing, and no where is it more apparent than at the Minnesota Monthly Food & Wine Experience. Two days of fresh pears, delicious cheese, interesting bites, and incredible wines at Target Field in Minneapolis, MI, with wine seminars and a Grand Red Tasting for those especially passionate about wine and food pairings. USA Pears hands out sample while discussing how to pair pears with wine and cheese, how to check the neck for ripeness, how to ripen pears at home, pear nutrition, and where USA Pears come from.
